When working with vintage in a nursery, one has to be mindful of safety. A vintage crib might have wonderful graphics, and yes, you might have used it and survived, but the safest use of a crib that doesn’t meet modern safety standards is to upcycle it. Perhaps convert it into a bench or add coat hooks to the headboard and mount it on the wall.
